Whilst we outgrew the family kitchen in the early years that is still where our new products are created and our bakery feels just like home.  Some of our staff have also been around long enough to be considered members of the family.

I was lucky enough to join the family business in 1994 and as they say...”time flies when you’re having fun”.

We love great food and some say that our passion to produce the very best product that we can is an obsession.  It may well be but it’s in our blood and it gives us so much pleasure to be able to say that we make products as good as you could if you had the time (and mum’s talent).  You wouldn’t compromise on the quality of your ingredients and nor do we.  Many of our products are still handmade but if that’s what it takes to make a special tasting product then we are happy to do it.

We value the relationships we have with our suppliers as much as we do our customers...after all we can’t continue to deliver you premium products at a competitive price without them.
