Gift Cards
Sending a gift? Why not let us take care of the card for you. When placing your order, indicate where marked, that you would like a card written on your behalf. For the nominal sum of $1.50 we can take care of it for you. Just simply complete the message you would like and leave the rest to us!

Personalise
Are you looking for something very particular but can't find it? For larger gift orders, we will be happy to personalize your hampers for you. This may include your favourite colours, particular biscuits or you may wish to add some alcohol to the hamper.* Please note though that a slight delay may apply in processing your personalized order. *Alcohol not permitted for sale or delivery to persons under the age of 18 years.

Returns
Ensuring that our customer is 100% satisfied with purchases made on our site is of prime importance to us.
Unfortunately, given the perishable nature of the hampers and their contents, we cannot accept returns unless they are delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state. All returned products will be assessed at our Melbourne warehouse to verify the nature of the return

To return a product, you can either:
If you are in Victoria, bring it directly to our warehouse at 474 Princes Hwy, Noble Park;
Post it to Kez's Kitchen at:

Please be sure to carefully package up any returned goods sent back to us in the post.

Product Availability
In each of the hamper descriptions, you will find a list of contents and a photograph of the hamper. These contents are current at the time of issue, but may change slightly at any time subject to availability. Where a component of the hamper is no longer available, we will replace it with an item to the same value.
