WHAT YOU NEED:
  • 1 pack of Kez’s Kitchen Lemon Cream Melting Moments
  • 6 meringue nests 
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • Lemon curd
  • Fresh lemon slices
  • Mint for garnishing
  • Dessert glasses
WHAT TO DO:

  1. Carefully pull apart the Melting Moments, setting aside the piped side of each biscuit, and crumbling the plain side into a small bowl.

  2.  In a large bowl, whip the thickened cream to soft peaks.

  3. Crumble the meringue nests.

  4. Assemble the Eton Mess by layering the meringue crumbles, dollops of lemon curd and whipped cream, finally topping with the crumbled Melting Moments.

  5. Repeat a second layer.

  6. Garnish Eton Mess with the piped side of the Moment Moment and a slice of fresh lemon or mint.
